Our Mission : Food, Education, Medicine
Emmanuel International Malawi, in partnership with CAVWOC and with support from Global Affairs Canada and Emmanuel International Canada, has successfully completed trainings for District and Community Referral Focal Persons in Phalombe, Mulanje, and Machinga districts. The trainings focused on strengthening Gender-Based Violence (GBV) documentation, referral, reporting, and the use of the Digital Referral and Reporting System (DRRS), equipping stakeholders with skills to improve coordination and survivor-centred response. As part of the initiative, tablets and computers were handed over to stakeholders across the three districts to enhance data collection, case tracking, and reporting. This effort marks a significant step towards improving GBV response systems and ensuring better support for survivors in the targeted communities.
